The 
Arctifier is a structure located at the top of 
Blizzard Peak in 
Icy Peak.
How to Unlock
Repairing the Machine
To repair the Arctifier, the player must complete a series of quests that begins with the "Mountain Hopes" quest and ends with the "Peak Weather" quest.
When repaired, the Arctifier introduces a new weather event, 
Snowfall. A snowfall occurs when the Arctifier activates. The player does not have to be nearby. The activation occurs randomly and cannot be influenced by the player. The weather forecast in the player’s
Phone will show when it is an upcoming weather event.
Manual Activation
After completing the "Peak Weather" quest, the player will be able to manually activate the Arctifier once a week by crafting a 
Snow Island Stone and placing it into the Arctifier. Activating a weather machine causes the weather event to happen in a random region. A currently active machine cannot be manually activated until the weather event ends. Manually activating a machine during another weather event will end the other weather event even if they occur in different regions.
While 
Flourfall is 
Wheatflour Wonderland's equivalent to Snowfall, the Arctifier cannot be used to start Flourfall.
Snowfall
Like all weather events, Snowfall lasts 15 minutes, and what appears during the weather event depends on where it occurs.

Manual Activation
After completing both the "Rainy Day Delight" and "Peak Weather" quests, the player will be able to manually activate a Snowfall event once every 7 days by crafting a Snow Island Stone and placing it into the Arctifier. Activating a weather machine causes the weather event to happen in a random region. A currently active machine cannot be manually activated until the weather event ends. Manually activating a machine during a different weather event will end the other weather event even if they occur in different regions.
Snow in Friendship Island
How to Unlock
Weather on 
Friendship Island does not change normally. Snowfall is only unlocked after repairing the Arctifier during a series of quests that begins with the "Mountain Hopes" quest and ends with the "Peak Weather" quest. After that, the Arctifier will activate during Snowfall in any region. The player does not need to be near the machine for it to activate.
Snow Nuls
Snow Nuls will appear during Snowfall in Icy Peak, 
Gemstone Mountain, 
Seaside Resort, or 
Spooky Swamp. Snow Nuls instantly disintegrate when walked into.
When destroyed, each Snow Nul will give 1x 
Snowdrop. 10x Snow Nuls spawn per Snowfall. They do not regenerate with the use of 
Island Bouquets. Even if the player was somewhere else during the event, Snow Nuls will remain after the event until they are destroyed or replaced by another Snowfall event in the same region!
Snowdrops
Snowdrops are a type of currency obtained by destroying Snow Nuls during or after snowfall. A total of 10x can be collected per Snowfall.
Critters
When a Snowfall occurs in Spooky Swamp, the player will also be able to catch the 
Frost Friend around the region.
Snow Nuls will still appear in Spooky Swamp as well.
Fish
When a Snowfall occurs in 
Merry Meadow, the player will be able to catch the 
Flurry Flyer by fishing. They can be found near the 
Merry Meadows Plaza and the southern side of Merry Meadow.
Snow Nuls will not appear in Merry Meadow.
