Bubbling Bridges is a puzzle room located in the 
City Town 
Sewers, which will automatically be unlocked during the "Above and Below" quest. The reward for completing Bubbling Bridges is 1x 
Seaweed Hat. To unlock Bubbling Bridges, the player is required to have a 
City Key.
Guide
- Place the
lilypad blocks to create a pathway to the end platform. - Activate the lilypad blocks as you place them.
- Jump and use
Balloons to reach the blue triangle button. - Press the blue triangle button, which will cause the water to rise.
- Dive underneath the water and grab the
thermal block. - Move the thermal block to the end platform.
- Activate the block and use it to float up with Balloons. You will have reached the
Treasure Chest.
