Busy Buddies
"Busy Buddies" is a weekly 
"Friendship Quests" quest that is unlocked sometime after the player has completed the "Meet the Island Beings" and "Reef Revival" quests.

Chococat? Investigate your most investigative friend's whereabouts..."
Quest Information
The player will meet 
Hello Kitty who says she needs the player's help finding Chococat so she can as him an important question. She asks the player to meet her at 
Chococat's Tent, nearby the 
Resort Gate in 
Seaside Resort, to look for clues.
Chococat's notes say he found fossils and wants to confirm them with a trip to the Gemstone Mines. Hello Kitty wants to see if she can find him there and asks the player to meet her by the Mines. The player must then talk to Hello Kitty near the Icy Peak Entrance in 
Gemstone Mountain and she tells the player they just missed Chococat, but there's another note left with his next location. After finding out the fossils were made by 
Kuromi and not real, Chococat went off to investigate the 
Recycling Plant in 
Rainbow Reef.
The player will meet Hello Kitty at the by the Recycling Plant to look for Chococat. When Hello Kitty and the player find him, Hello Kitty asks Chococat the important question she's been dying to ask: if she can borrow his 
Interactive History of Chocolate so she can learn all about chocolate!
