This content requires 
Wheatflour Wonderland.
It is available with the Wheatflour Wonderland DLC or as part of 
Apple Arcade.
The Citadel is a 
Fast Travel point, located in Wheatflour Wonderland.
Description
Citadel is located near the large castle on the 1st Tier of Wheatflour Wonderland. 
Cogimyun and 
Ebi Fry wander around the area frequently.
The player can find 
Gemstones and 
Jemmies lying on the ground or in water fountains nearby.
As the storyline progresses, the mysterious glass platforms will transform into images of the beloved Wheatflour Guardians, who are responsible for protecting Wheatflour Wonderland. Additionally, once the player has found the last of the Wheatflour Guardians during the "The Guardians of Wheatflour Wonderland" quest, they will be able to access the 
Citadel Vault, which is rumored to hold a wonderful treasure!
The Castle Closeups 
Photo Op is also located there, where the player can take photos with 
Island Residents or 
Island Visitors.
Citadel contains 4x broken 
Lampposts, 2x 
Puzzle Arches, and 2x photo 
Wheatheart.

Ebi Fry is a cameo character that can be found in front of the central tower of the Citadel.

The Grand Flowl, Basmati stands next to Pulut and tells the player how many broken Lampposts there currently are around Wheatflour Wonderland.

The Grand Flowl, Pulut stands next to Basmati and tells the player how to light Lampposts.

The Grand Flowl, Kañiwa gives a hint to the player related to the  Bell Garden, saying "the special number is 12" (in reference to the 12 types of Gemstones).
