Citadel VaultThe Citadel Vault is located inside of the 
Citadel in Wheatflour Wonderland.
Description
Citadel Vault is located behind the large locked doors of the Citadel.
Once the player has found the last of the Wheatflour Guardians during the "The Guardians of Wheatflour Wonderland" quest, they will be able to access the 
Citadel Vault, which is rumored to hold a wonderful treasure! 1x 
Cogimyun Flour Bag will respawn daily inside of the Citadel Vault.
The Citadel Vault Photo Op is located inside of the Citadel Vault, where the player can take photos with 
Island Residents or 
Island Visitors.

The following characters are characters that generally reside in Citadel Vault. Characters that pass through Citadel Vault, such as 
Cogimyun, 
Ebi Fry, and 
Cogimyon, are not listed here.
