"City Town Plush Pals (Quest)" is a 
"The Island Mystery" quest related to the 
Piano Plush Pals shop. The quest is unlocked the next reset after completing the "Inspo Buddies" quest.

Quest Information
The player will speak to My Sweet Piano, who will tell the player the 
City Town-inspired Plush Pals are ready!
She will gift the player a 
Large Crowbert Plush Pal (a regular size version, not the large version). Once the player has gotten the Large Crowbert Plush Pal, they must walk up to the 
Plush Customizer and select the 
customize interaction icon to open the customization menu. The player can then customize the Large Crowbert Plush Pal however they'd like. Once the player has customized the Large Crowbert Plush Pal, they must speak to My Sweet Piano. My Sweet Piano will thank the player for helping her set up the shop!
