Cogimyun is a resident of Wheatflour Wonderland. Her pet shrimp is named 
Ebi Fry, and her little brother is 
Cogimyon. She wanders around Wheatflour Wonderland searching for the Wheatflour Guardians in multiple dimensions. She will not meet the player until introduced during the "Potion Problems" quest.
Personality
"Cogimyun is a little Wheatflour Fairy. Sometimes she crumbles under pressure, but she is kinder and stronger than she knows."

Characteristics
Cogimyun's Birthday Celebration occurs annually in early May.
The player can make Cogimyun "fall apart" while speaking to her. To do so, the player must choose "I have a question... " dialog option, then choose the random dialog option (often phrased as a random question and is usually the second or third dialog option) that appears. Cogimyun will then become overwhelmed and collapse into a pile of flour. [1]
Gifts
The player can give Cogimyun up to three gifts per day. 
Gifting gives Friendship XP (experience points), and enough Friendship XP will increase Cogimyun's Friendship Level with the player. Gift limits can be reset by gifting a 
Friendship Blossom or using a 
Friendship Bouquet. Certain quests, such as any Daily Quests from Cogimyun, may also reward Friendship XP.
While raising Friendship XP, players will receive 
Fairy Dust as a reward for each gift given to Cogimyun. The amount received depends on the value of the gift and increases by 1 at Good Friend and by 1 again at Close Friend.
If the player has reached maximum friendship level (
Best Friend status) with Cogimyun, they will instead receive 1x 
Cogimyun Box for each gift given or Daily Quest completed. It will still contain Fairy Dust when opened.
