The Franken Outfit consists of two clothing items, the 
Franken Hat and 
Halloween Jacket.
Outfit Details
The Franken Hat can be won from the 
Bogging for Apples 
mini-game. The Halloween Jacket and the special variations can be obtained only during the annual Spooky Celebration 
event.
The Franken Outfit Set can be customized using the 
Clothing Dye Station in 
Tuxedosam's Shop.
