The Friendship Tophat Monocle is a clothing item that is part of the Friendship Festival Outfit set and is unlocked by exchanging a 
Friendship Charm at the 
Photo Booth (Event Stand) of the Friendship Festival.
The Friendship TOPHAT Monocle cannot be customized using the using the 
Clothing Dye Station in 
Tuxedosam's Shop. There is also an dyeable Common variation, the 
Monocle, available year-round.

In the event running from July 25th, 2024 until the end of August 7th, 2024, Friendship TOPHAT Monocle was available to purchase from the Photo Booth (Event Stand) for Friendship Charm (1). Only one could be purchased. Each Legendary event item can only be obtained once per save file.
