In the Welcome Rewards event that appears for New Players, Hello Kitty's Sarong was available as a Day 7 Daily Reward. This event was added during the 1.6.5 Update and appears after the first reset for New Players. Unlike most Daily Rewards, there is no time limit to collect the Event Items
