The Launch Event Avatar Palette is an Avatar Palette that was originally unlocked via 
Daily Rewards for the Launch Celebration (2023) event.
During the Friendship Festival (2024), the Launch Event Avatar Palette was able to be obtained from 
Sunblink Mail. Like all event items, it will return annually, but not always from the same source.
