Daily Rewards for the Launch Celebration event.
During the Friendship Festival (2024), Launch Event clothing could be obtained from 
Tuxedosam's Shop, but for a different price than the original event.
The Launch Event Ball Gown cannot be customized using the using the 
Clothing Dye Station in Tuxedosam's Shop.

In the event running from July 28th, 2023 until the end of August 27th, 2023, Launch Event Ball Gown was available as a Day 7 Daily Reward of Launch Celebration Streak. The first date they were obtainable was August 3, 2023.
Friendship Festival 2024
In the event running from July 25th, 2024 until the end of August 7th, 2024, Launch Event Ball Gown was available to purchase from the Tuxedosam's Shop for Fabric (10), 
Black Dye (10), and 
Friendship Charm (1). Only one could be purchased.
