Loch Lockout

Loch Lockout is a puzzle room located in the City Town Sewers, which will automatically be unlocked during the "Above and Below" quest. The reward for completing Loch Lockout is 1x Sewer Flooring. To unlock Loch Lockout, the player is required to have a City Key.

Guide

To solve this room, you must step on every floor button. First step on all the buttons above water, which will then lower the water level and reveal the remaining buttons. Step on the remaining buttons to reach the Treasure Chest.

Jump across the water using the floating tiles. Keep note that once you step on a tile, it will disappear within seconds so you must keep moving to the next tile.
Jump to the platform with the first thermal block. Step on the blue triangle floor button, the activate the thermal block and float up to the higher platform.
Jump and glide diagonally across to where the higher platform on the left. Step on the green 'x' button and the blue triangle button. Jump off the right to press on the blue triangle button.
Swim back up to the platform where the first thermal block is, grab the thermal block, and place it by the entrance of the puzzle room. Activate the thermal block and float up to step on the blue triangle button.
Jump off the platform onto the purple tiles to step on the green 'x' button towards the bottom.
Swim back into the water and dive underneath the wall to go to the other side of the room.
Activate the second thermal block to float to the higher platform and press the blue triangle button.
Jump off the platform to where the thermal block is, and use the floating tiles to step on the green 'x' button.
Grab the thermal block and swim it over to the platform on the right. Step on the green 'x' button, and place the thermal block as close to the ledge as possible. Activate the block to float and glide over and press the second blue triangle button.
1. You do not have to use a thermal potion if you place it as close to the ledge as possible!
Now, the water level lower. Climb up the ladder to step on the green 'x' buttons.
Swim back over to the first side, climb up the stairs and step on the green 'x' button. Jump off the platform step on the green 'x' buttons on the two left separate levels.
Go up the stars again to jump off the platform to step on the two green 'x' buttons. Use the floating tiles to get to the green 'x' in the middle platform.
You will know all the buttons have been stepped on when the buttons light up. Now you can use the first thermal block to reach the Treasure Chest.

Jump across the water using the floating tiles.

Jump off the platform onto the most left platform.
Step on both floor buttons.
Step on the floor button on the lower level.
Grab the thermal block and swim over to the entrance of the room.
Activate the thermal block and float to the top level.
Step on the floor button.
Jump off the platform to step on this floor button.
Jump into the water and dive.
Swim underneath to reach the other side of the room.
Activate the second thermal block and float to the top and step on the floor button.
Use the floating blocks to get to the inside green 'x' button.
Step on the green 'x' button.
Grab the thermal block and take it to the bottom platform.
Step on the floor button and place the thermal block as close to the ledge as possible.
Activate the thermal block.
Float across and step on the floor button.
The water level will drop.
Climb up the ladder.
Step on the button.
Float over to the inside buttons and step on those.
Climb up again on the ladder and jump off to step on the button.
Swim back over to the first side of the room and walk up the stairs to step on the floor button.
Walk over to the left side of the room.
Jump off the platform to step on two bottom green 'x' buttons on the left.
Go back up again onto the platform.
Jump off to the lowest level to step on the two buttons.
Use the floating tiles again to get to the last button.
Step on the button, now all the buttons should be glowing.
Go back to the thermal block, activate it, and float to the top level.
The reward is 1x Sewer Flooring.
