The Lucky Star crafting plans are given to the player by 
Kiki during the "Lucky Stars" quest. The 
Lucky Star can be used to increase the player's luck at 
Mini Games and the 
Fwishing Well for one day. The Lucky Star will increase the odds of receiving rarer items.
To use a Lucky Star the player must 
interact with the 
Wishing Star at the 
Cloud Island Plaza on 
Cloud Island.
While a Lucky Star cannot be gifted to another player, a visiting Multiplayer friend can use a Lucky Star in the Cloud Island Plaza if the host has completed the "Lucky Stars" quest.
