The Monocle is a clothing item that may be purchased in 
Tuxedosam's Shop.
The Monocle can be customized using the 
Clothing Dye Station in Tuxedosam's Shop using 
Dye Pouches. There is also an undyeable Legendary variation, the 
Friendship TOPHAT Monocle.
