Neko
Known Bug
In version 2.11, 
Kuma and 
Neko are available after completing completing the the "Cloud Cabins" quest instead of the "Friends from the Stars" quest. This is fixed in version 2.12.
Moon Cheese (1) Neko is friends with the 
LittleTwinStars and an 
Island Visitor. To unlock them as a possible visitor in the Visitor Menu (via the 
Menu Tablet), the player must complete the "Friends from the Stars" quest. Additionally, the player must reach friendship level 10 with 
Kiki and 
Lala.
They will visit the player every 2 weeks, if their 
Visitor Cabin requirements are met. Until they reach a 
5-star friendship level on the player's island, they will assign 
Daily Quests, one per visit to the island. Their daily gift is 1x Moon Cheese.
Check the weekly visitor schedule for details on when they visit!

Visitor Cabin Requirements
For Neko to move into a Visitor Cabin, it must meet the following requirements:
- Must be on
Cloud Island to be near Kiki and Lala. - Must have one piece of
Pillow furniture. - Must have four pieces of
Lamp furniture. - Must have one piece of
Bookcase furniture. - Must have six pieces of
Dreamy Furniture. [2] - Must have a
Dreamy Souvenir Doll.
To boost the chance of Neko visiting, add items with the liked tag: 
Cloud. Each liked item gives 1x 
heart, and up to 5x liked items can be included to earn a maximum of 5x hearts. Maximum hearts greatly increase the chance of a visit but do not guarantee it.

- ↑ This birthday is currently not officially confirmed by Sanrio for use in HKIA. While it was previously in the game and is also in Sanrio media elsewhere, it cannot be used in-game until confirmation is received.
- ↑ Only pieces from the Dreamy Furniture set count. Other Dreamy-tagged items will not.
- Neko translates to ‘cat’ in Japanese and has not been explicitly named as character in the Sanrio franchise. The LittleTwinStars have animal friends made out of clouds, which have been featured in some of their merchandise, but not named. According to unofficial sources, each cloud animal the LittleTwinStars create is inspired by a specific story or problem they must solve, with the animal designed to help them on their journey.
