Noberun
Location

Noberun is 
Keroppi's friend and is a possible island visitor. To have him as a possible visitor, the player must complete the "Rain or Shine" quest.
He will visit the player will visit the player anytime in the Spring (March 1 to May 31) and Fall (September 1 to November 30), if his 
Visitor Cabin Requirements are met. Until he reaches a 
5-star friendship level on your island, he will assign Daily Quests, one per visit to your island. His daily gift for talking to him is 
Blank Book.
When talking to Noberun, if the player selects the "Will you change outfits?" dialog option, the player can change Noberun's outfit. There are two choices: 
"None" or the 
Island Visitor Outfit.

"Noberun is a friend of Keroppi. He's not so great at sports, but he had lots of endurance and knows a lot about the weather.”
Unlocks
Noberun as a permanent 5-star resident are one of the requirements to unlock the following quests:
- "Mysterious Critter" quest
Visitor Cabin Requirements
For Noberun to move into a Visitor Cabin, it must meet the following requirements:
- Must be in
Spooky Swamp to be near Keroppi. - Must have three
Book Items. - Must have two
Bookcase Furniture. - Must have a
Rain item. - Must have a
Pillow Furniture.
