Old Frank Franken Hat
The Old Frank Franken Hat is a clothing item that is part of the Spooky Celebration Outfit set and was originally unlocked via 
for the Spooky Celebration event. After the first year, it became available at 
Tuxedosam's Shop for the duration of the Spooky Celebration event.
The Old Frank Franken Hat and the Old Frank Halloween Jacket also pairs together to create an additional variation of the Franken Outfit.
Old Frank Franken Hat cannot be customized using the 
Clothing Dye Station in Tuxedosam's Shop. There is a dyeable Rare version, the 
Franken Hat.
