"Out of Office" is a 
"Friendship Quests" quest that is unlocked when the player has completed the "Fire Up the Volcano", "Dessert-ed Boat", and "Everything is Fine" quests and has a 
5 star-rating with 
Fenneko, in addition to having them as a permanent island resident.
Quest Description
"Take Fenneko on a tour of 
Friendship Island with 
Retsuko."
Quest Information
The player meets with Retsuko, and she asks for help. She wants to take Fenneko on a island tour now that she has decided to stay on the island. Retsuko is a little anxious with this task and asks the player to accompany her on the tour!
At 
Hot Springs, Retsuko after not finding Fenneko asks the player to take a 
selfie together and then upload it online so Fenneko can find them.
Once the player takes the selfie, Fenneko finds them and the tour can begin. First, Retsuko takes both to 
Mount Hothead and talks about the history of the volcano since the landing on the island.
Everyone will then head to the Dessert Boat after Retsuko remarks that it's a bit warm and suggests a treat. Then, everyone, including 
Pompompurin, will chitchat a bit and come to a conclusion on what ice cream flavor to pick. With Retsuko's suggestion, a 
Cinna Ice Cream is offered to Fenneko!
While discussing where the group should go next, Fenneko frantically requests to stop and tells Retsuko they should talk. The group leaves the Dessert Boat and outside Fenneko asks how Retsuko and the others have managed to accomplish so much since Retsuko has only been gone a weekend (which is also why she hasn't been getting any new work emails). Fenneko then worries over 
Haida since he hasn't arrived on the island despite leaving right after she did. Fenneko then remarks that a full investigation needs to be done over these discrepancies!
