Retsuko's Mom is Retsuko's mother and an 
Island Visitor. To unlock her as a possible visitor in the Visitor Menu, the player must have a 
5 star-rating with 
Haida, in addition to having him as a permanent island resident.
She will visit the player anytime, if her 
Visitor Cabin requirements are met. Until she reaches a 5-star friendship level on the player's island, she will assign 
Daily Quests, one per visit to the island. Her daily gift is 1x Tofu Bread.

Unlocks
Retsuko's Mom as a permanent 5-star resident is one of the requirements to unlock the following quests:

Visitor Cabin Requirements
For Retsuko's Mom to move into a Visitor Cabin, it must meet the following requirements:
- Must be in
Mount Hothead near Retsuko. - Must have one piece of
Pillow furniture. - Must have two pieces of
Chair furniture. - Must have one piece of
Table furniture. - Must have one piece of
Mirror furniture. - Must have five pieces of
Plant furniture. - Must have one piece of
Box furniture. - Must have a
Mama's Apple Pie.
To boost the chance of Retsuko's Mom visiting, add items with the liked tag: 
Metal. Each liked item gives 1x 
heart, and up to 5x liked items can be included to earn a maximum of 5x hearts. Maximum hearts greatly increase the chance of a visit but do not guarantee it.
