The Sewer Outfit consists of 5 clothing items: Seaweed Hat, Banana Peel Hat, Traffic Cone Hat, Trash Can Dress, and Turtle Shell Backpack. The player can obtain Sewer Outfit items by completing Puzzle Rooms in the City Town Sewers.

From the Sewer Outfit Set, only the Turtle Shell Backpack will appear in Tuxedosam's Shop, and it is also the only one of the items that is giftable in Multiplayer.
