The 
Snow Island Stone allows the player to unlock the 
Arctifier.
After completing the "Peak Weather" quest, the player will be able to use a Snow Island Stone to manually activate the Arctifier once a week by crafting one and placing it into the machine. Activating a weather machine causes the weather event to happen in a random region. A currently active machine cannot be manually activated until the weather event ends. Manually activating a machine during another weather event will end the other weather event even if they occur in different regions.
Crafting
While completing "Peak Weather" quest, the player will receive the Snow Island Stone recipe from 
Chococat. In order to craft the Snow Island Stone, the player will need the following items: 
Snowcicle (30), 
Ingot (10), 
Spark (22), and 
Glitch (42). The Snow Island Stone can be crafted at Chococat's crafting bench in 
Seaside Resort.
