Snowdrops can be obtained by running into 
Snow Nuls, which spawn during 
snowfall in 
Icy Peak, 
Seaside Resort, 
Spooky Swamp, and 
Gemstone Mountain. In order to make it snow on 
Friendship Island, the player must unlock the 
Arctifier by completing the "Peak Weather" quest.
Snow Nuls, when broken, give 1x Snowdrop. A total of 10x can be found per snowfall.
TOPHAT's 
Pickup Glitch Ability gives a 10% chance of obtaining an extra Snowdrop.
