Apple Arcade.
Snowdrops can be obtained via 
Snow Nuls, which may spawn in 
Icy Peak, 
Gemstone Mountain, 
Seaside Resort, or 
Spooky Swamp during 
snowfall in that region. In order to make it snowfall on Friendship Island, the player needs to unlock the 
Arctifier by completing the "Peak Weather" quest.
When a Snow Nul is broken, it will give the player 1x Snowdrop. A total of 10x Snowdrops can be found during snowfall. A Snow Nul will disappear once Snowdrops from its remains are collected.
Snowfall in 
Merry Meadow does not produce Snow Nuls or Snowdrops.
TOPHAT's Pickup Glitch ability gives players the chance of doubling Snowdrops picked up, so a Snow Nul could give +2 instead of +1.
