Special Characters are NPC characters that do not fall under 
Island Residents or 
Island Visitors. Some characters, like the 
Nuls, can perform a function for the player. Other characters may be for storylines, 
Mini Games, or 
Events. There are also "Cameo" characters, which can perform a function for the player or are related to storylines.
