Thermal Throwdown is a 
puzzle room located in 
Spooky Swamp, to the right side of the region, on the beach. It requires the 
Bog Star Fragment to unlock. The reward for completing Thermal Throwdown is 3x 
Stick.
Guide
Move the first yellow block to the left purple circle button.- Stand on the ledge and float to the other side.
Activate the thermal block to fly up and pick up the second yellow block.- Move the second yellow block to the purple circle button on the lower level.
- Go to the upper level, stand on the ledge and float to the other side.
- The purple circle door should now be open! Go through the door and pick up the thermal block.
- Move the thermal block to the green "x" button on the lower level.
- Pick up the second yellow block and go to the upper level. Then, move it to one of the green "x" buttons.
- Move the first yellow block to the other green "x" button.
- Stand on the ledge and float to the other side, then use the thermal block to fly up to the hanging platform, then float to the green "x" door.
