Location
Tsunoda is friends with 
Retsuko and an 
Island Visitor. To unlock her as a possible visitor in the Visitor Menu (via the 
Menu Tablet), the player must have a 
5-star rating with 
Gori and 
Washimi, in addition to having them as permanent island residents.
She will visit the player every 2 weeks, if her 
Visitor Cabin requirements are met. Until she reaches a 5-star friendship level on the player's island, she will assign 
Daily Quests, one per visit to the island. Her daily gift is 1x Seashell.

Unlocks
Tsunoda as a permanent 5-star resident is one of the requirements to unlock the following quests:

Visitor Cabin Requirements
For Tsunoda to move into a Visitor Cabin, it must meet the following requirements:
- Must be in
Mount Hothead to be near Retsuko. - Must have eight pieces of
Mirror furniture. - Must have four pieces of
Lamp furniture. - Must have one piece of
Pillow furniture. - Must have one piece of
Table furniture. - Must have two pieces of
Chair furniture.
To boost the chance of Tsunoda visiting, add items with the liked tag: 
Sweet. Each liked item gives 1x 
heart, and up to 5x liked items can be included to earn a maximum of 5x hearts. Maximum hearts greatly increase the chance of a visit but do not guarantee it.

Known Bug
Tsunoda may not give her 2-star quest if the player does not know both 
Pink Latte recipe variations.
Tsunoda will not make her 2-star request until at least one reset after the player has learned the Pink Latte recipe by cooking it in their 
Espresso Machine, obtaining the 
recipe (
Sakura version) via 
Radiant Chest, or being gifted it by a 
Multiplayer friend. [2]
Tsunoda can continue to visit even if the player does not meet the requirements to receive the above request. However, she will not offer a new quest past 1-star until the 2-star requirement is met.
