The Volcanic Guitar crafting plans can be obtained by reaching friendship level 4 with 
TOPHAT. The player can earn a single Volcanic Guitar the first time that they fish in the lava pools within the Lava Caves of 
Mount Hothead (Caldera entrance). They also can be given to the player when completing the 
"Crane Craze" mini-game.
