Rockadoodler Roundup
Rockadoodler Roundup is a mini game located at the Rockadoodler Corral, which is in the upper region (north of the Oasis) of
Gemstone Mountain. The Rockadoodler Roundup mini game is unlocked after the player has completed the "Rockadoodler Roundup" quest.
After paying one Game Ticket to the
Nul, the player must catch 15x
Rockadoodlers with their
Net before the 60-second (i.e. one minute) timer runs out. [1]
"One Game Ticket for one minute. Round up as many
Rockadoodlers as you can!"
Tips for Winning Rockadoodler Roundup
Be careful not to chase too far after the Rockadoodlers. It is possible to go outside of the game's boundary (which is unmarked), causing you to automatically lose the game, especially if you accidentally run off the cliff. Generally the inbounds fair zone is the same plateau level as the corral, the northernmost boulders, the northwest lake, and the ladder on the right if it is not climbed to the top of.
Out-of-bounds include the mere top of the ladder south of the start point, some corners of the Zipline station, the Cozy Crystal stage, and west of the northwest lake.
If you run out-of-bounds before catching any Rockadoodlers, your
Game Ticket will be returned. If you run out-of-bounds after catching at least one
Rockadoodler, you will earn at least 3x
Eggs.
Companion Abilities
Companion Abilities can assist with this game.
Keroppi's Critter Friend ability makes the
Rockadoodlers less likely to startle, and his Critter Calmer ability makes
Rockadoodlers move more slowly. He may well be the most useful companion for the mini game.
Pochacco's Speed Walker ability helps chase after
Rockadoodlers more easily.
Pompompurin's Slow & Steady ability increases the time on the clock by 5 seconds.
You can also use a Speedy Walking Potion to move faster if not using
Pochacco.

Notes
- ↑ During the
Jam Jamboree
event, the player can also receive 1x
Jam Jar along with their regular prize (up to 5x
Jam Jars per day).
- The mini game is known in the "English (United Kingdom)" version of the game as Rockadoodle Roundup without the trailing R for unknown reasons.
- The start point for the Corral Stampede Challenge Course is in inbound fair zone, but jumping on it during a Rockadoodler Roundup session will do nothing as the button is stuck solid for the duration of the session.
- The launch handle of the "Gemhead Zip" zipline is also very narrowly inbounds, but cannot be pressed despite being highlighted when the player character looks at it.
