The  Speedy Swimming Potion can be made using the  Cauldron inside the  Witch's Hut in  Spooky Swamp. The  Speedy Swimming Potion  recipe is unlocked during the "Potion Hunt 3: Just Keep Swimming" quest.

 Speedy Swimming Potions can be consumed from the Toolbox tab in the  inventory. With the potion selected, select the "Consume" option. When consumed, it increases the player's swimming speed on the surface of the water for 1 minute. It cannot be used with  Hangyodon's Speed Swimmer Ability.
