The 
Twilight Eye is a fish that can be found in the City Town. There are three sizes: huge, regular, and tiny. The first-catch bonus for any size of Twilight Eye is a 
Stick.
According to 
Badtz-maru's 
Fish Almanac - City Town #3, "Some say using 
Mochi is the best way to catch a Twilight Eye."
According to Badtz-maru's Fish Almanac #46, "The Twilight Eye can't resist a 
Shadow Spinner Lure."
Occasionally, the player will also obtain the 
"Side by Sidewalk (Twilight Mix)" music disc when catching a Twilight Eye.
