Confetti Cake can be made in the Hello Kitty Cafe in 
Seaside Resort using the 
Oven. Its recipe is distributed during the "Happy Haven Days" quest during the Happy Haven Days event. Its ingredient, 
Rainbow Sprinkles, is only collectible during the event.
While Rainbow Sprinkles are unable to be gifted in multiplayer, the food's recipe can still be gifted. Like all food recipes, it is not lost by the player gifting it.
