Hats On, Hats Off
"Hats On, Hats Off" is an 'Friendship Quest' quest that is unlocked sometime after the player has completed the "Meet the Island Beings" quest.
Quest Description
"Pursue the art of fashion with 
Tuxedosam."
Quest Information
The player will meet Tuxedosam at his shop in 
Seaside Resort. He'll tell the player that he's been thinking about the fashion of the 
Nuls around the island! The player must then purchase a hat from Tuxedosam's Shop. After purchasing a hat, the player must then speak to Tuxedosam, who will then ask the player to give one of the Nuls around the island a hat.
The player must then find a Nul and give it one of the player's hats. After doing so, the player must go speak to Tuxedosam again, who will then tell the player to change their outfit in the mirror. After changing their outfit and speaking to Tuxedosam once more, the player will complete the quest.
