Light Bulbs are special items that are available during the Lighttime Jubilee. The user can collect Light Bulbs that can be used to power up light displays all around the 
Seaside Resort. The player can collect 5 Light Bulbs per day.
There are a total of 7 light displays and each light display costs 5 to 15 Light Bulbs to power up. Once the player has powered up an light display, 
Badtz-maru will gift the player Lighttime Jubilee furniture. It will take the player ~14 days to power up all of the light displays.
