Cinnamoroll runs the Delivery Service and helps you unlock 
Fast Travel. He also requests your help to find everyone's 
Lost Luggage.
Personality
"Cinnamoroll is a sweet pup who always wants to help his friends when needed. He is quite shy but very friendly, and amazingly he can fly through the air by floating with his huge ears. He’s so fast, he can pick up and deliver anything around the island in a blink of an eye (even you)!"

Cinnamoroll is more than an adorable pup with squishy cheeks and a sunny outlook (though he is that as well)! He cares deeply about the island and everyone on it. He has many friends who like to visit when they can, but there is one thing that troubles him sometimes... "Where is 
Milk?"
Additionally, his signature order at the 
Imagination Cafe is what he calls his "namesake treat", which is any item that has 
Cinna Bloom in it.
Cinnamoroll's Birthday Celebration occurs annually in early March.
Gifts
The player can give Cinnamoroll up to three gifts per day. 
Gifting gives Friendship XP (experience points), and enough Friendship XP will increase Cinnamoroll's Friendship Level with the player. Gift limits can be reset by gifting a 
Friendship Blossom or using a 
Friendship Bouquet. Certain quests, such as any Daily Quests from Cinnamoroll, may also reward Friendship XP.
While raising Friendship XP, players will receive 
Candy Cloud as a reward for each gift given to Cinnamoroll. The amount received depends on the value of the gift and increases by 1 at Good Friend and by 1 again at Close Friend.
If the player has reached maximum friendship level (
Best Friend status) with Cinnamoroll, they will instead receive 1x 
Cinnamoroll Box for each gift given or Daily Quest completed. It will still contain Candy Cloud when opened.

Friendship Status
The player will reach Best Friend status with Cinnamoroll at friendship level 20. After reaching Best Friend status with Cinnamoroll, the player can obtain 
Spirit Heart status by bringing him as a companion to meet the 
Island Spirit.
