Fast Travel point, located in 
Seaside Resort.
Description
Moon Island is an extension of Seaside Resort and is the location of the Cloud Island Portal, which is unlocked during the "Stargazing" quest.
The island also hosts the "Moon Island Marathon" challenge course that runs counterclockwise from a small island immediately to the south of Moon Island. The challenge is somewhat shorter than what its name would indicate, with its Gold Medal timer starting at 15 seconds.
Most of the island is one of few overworld areas as of version 2.0.5 to not be in the geographical range of any weather effects, except in a small area immediately around the mailbox.
