Rain Outfit (Set)

The Rain Outfit consists of 2 clothing items: 
Raincoat and 
Rain Hat. After the player has unlocked the 
Aquafall Machine, the Rain Outfit will appear in 
Tuxedosam's Shop.
The Rain Outfit Set can be customized using the 
Clothing Dye Station in Tuxedosam's Shop.
