Rainfall Flowers
When it rains on Friendship Island, 
Rainfall Flowers will appear around the region in which it is raining in. In order to make it rain on Friendship Island, the player needs to complete the "Rain or Shine" quest. Rainfall Flowers are a different type of 
Gift Flower.
Rainfall Flowers will only appear in the following regions: 
Seaside Resort, 
Merry Meadows, and 
Spooky Swamp. If the player was somewhere else during a weather event, the spawns will stick around until another weather event in that region occurs!
When watered using the 
Watering Can, Rainfall Flowers will produce 
Raindrops. Occasionally, Rainfall Flowers will produce 
Music Discs when watered instead of a Raindrop.
