The Terrarium is a furniture item that has multiple variations and can be purchased at  Small Gift Big Smile. The Terrarium is a furniture item within the Miscellaneous Furniture Collection.

The Terrarium is an interact-able furniture item that allows the player to place a critter inside the tank. In order to place a critter inside of the Terrarium, the player must approach the furniture item while out of the Visitor Cabin editing mode and press the "interact" icon on their screen. Once doing so, a menu will pop-up, allowing the player to select which critter they'd like to place into the Terrarium.

• One Terrarium is required for  Ruby, who is an Island Visitor.
