Tuxedosam's Shop.
The Critter Catcher Pants can be customized using the 
Clothing Dye Station in Tuxedosam's Shop using Dye Pouches 
. There is also an undyeable Legendary variation, the 
Autumn Critter Catcher Pants, that is from the Fall Fashion Frenzy event.
