Friends of the Flowers
"Friends of the Flowers" is a "The Right Tools" quest that unlocks the 
Sprinkler Hat. The quest is unlocked when the player has completed the Terra Nul (quest series) and the "Green Thumbs" quest.

"Enlist the 
Nuls to help your flowers bloom"
Quest Information
The player will meet 
Wish me mell, who will says that she'd like some help tending to flowers. The player and Wish me mell will then go to meet 
My Melody who will say that the Nuls would be excellent helpers. Next, the player must speak to 
Tuxedosam, who will give the crafting plans for the Sprinkler Hat. After that, the player must craft the Sprinkler Hat with the following materials: 1x 
Box Clam, 5x 
Worm Tail, 5x

Once they've crafted the Sprinkler Hat, they will meet Wish me mell who will want to take selfies around Merry Meadows. After talking selfies, the player will have to place the Sprinkler Hat on a Nul, who will then be able to water all of the flowers in the region, once spoken to.
