The Friendship Pompompurin Tuxedo Tophat is a clothing item that can be obtained during the Friendship Festival for 
Friendship Charms exchanged at the 
Photo Booth (Event Stand) and is part of the Friendship Festival Outfit set.
When purchasing the Friendship Pompompurin Tophat the player will also receive the 
Friendship Pompompurin Tuxedo Jacket and 
Friendship Pompompurin Tuxedo Pants.
The Friendship Pompompurin Tophat cannot be customized using the 
Clothing Dye Station in 
Tuxedosam's Shop.
