The Keroppi Collectors Hat is a clothing item that is a part of the Character Hats collection. The Keroppi Collectors Hat is obtained by opening 
Keroppi Boxes, the player will have an 100% chance of recieving the Keroppi Collectors Hat after opening 100x regular-sized Keroppi Boxes.
The Keroppi Collectors Hat cannot be customized using the 
Clothing Dye Station in 
Tuxedosam's Shop.
