The Ruby Dreamscale is a fish that can be found in the 
Rainbow Reef. There are three sizes: huge, regular, and tiny. Occasionally, the player will also obtain the 
"Mermaid Tiara (Twilight Mix)" music disc when catching the 
Ruby Dreamscale.
