The 
Speckled Candle can be obtained while playing the 
Crane Craze mini game - currently in hard mode only - in 
Merry Meadow. As of 1.7, it is unknown if this is a bug because:
- The icon changed to that of a
Rare Candle in 1.7. 
Crane Craze's easy mode rewards a Blue & Yellow Speckled Rare Candle now, whereas it also rewarded a Speckled Candle before 1.7.
Speckled Candles can only be one once, for a total of 3 Speckled Candles a day from Crane Craze's hard mode.
Rare Candles can also be made at the 
Creation Station in Merry Meadow.
