The  Starry Snipe is a fish that can be found in the  Rainbow Reef during Starfall. There are three sizes: huge, regular, and tiny.

According to  Badtz-maru's Fish Almanac #14, "Some say using  Chocolate Crepe is the best way to catch a  Starry Snipe." 

Trade 1x  Huge Starry Snipe at  Badtz-maru's  Comic and Bait Shop to receive 5x  Seashell, the regional currency of  Rainbow Reef.
