"Starry Treasures" is a "The Right Tools" quest. The quest is unlocked when the player has completed the "Constellation Destination" quest.
Quest Description
"Celebrate restoring the 
Celestree with your friends"
Quest Information
The player will meet 
My Sweet Piano, 
Kiki, and 
Lala on 
Cloud Island, at the Celestree. The Celestree will then activate and Kiki will tell the player to follow him to find the 
Star Treasure. Once the player finds the Star Treasure and opens it, they will recieve 3x 
Stardrop. Afterwards, talk to Kiki.
