Lala is often seen on 
Cloud Island with her twin, Kiki. Together, Kiki and Lala are known as the 
LittleTwinStars!
Kiki and Lala mysteriously appear during certain story quests and reward the player with Star Fragments. The player can only befriend them after meeting them in Cloud Island. Their birthday quest is "Star Children".
Personality
"Lala is the older sister of
Lala can be a little timid, and she loves drawing, writing poems, and cooking! She tries to plan ahead to avoid trouble. Lala and Kiki are love each other as family and get along very very well. They always play together. Since Kiki is very curious, he can sometimes put himself in a dangerous situation which makes Lala worry about him, but she knows he is trying to protect her. Even in the rare circumstances the two get into a fight, the twins manage to get back together fairly quickly.
Gifts
The player can give Lala up to three gifts per day. 
Gifting gives Friendship XP (experience points), and enough Friendship XP will increase Lala's Friendship Level with the player. Gift limits can be reset by gifting a 
Friendship Blossom or using a 
Friendship Bouquet. Certain quests, such as any Daily Quests from Lala, may also reward Friendship XP.
While raising Friendship XP, players will receive 
Stardust as a reward for each gift given to Lala. The amount received depends on the value of the gift and increases by 1 at Good Friend and by 1 again at Close Friend.
If the player has reached maximum friendship level (
Best Friend status) with Lala, they will instead receive 1x 
Lala Box for each gift given or Daily Quest completed. It will still contain Stardust when opened.

Friendship Status
The player will reach Best Friend status with Lala at friendship level 20. While Lala and Kiki can go places together as companions after the player has completed the "Together Forever" quest, they cannot obtain 
Spirit Heart status from meeting the Island Spirit.
