Kiki is often seen on 
Cloud Island with his twin, 
Lala. Together, Kiki and Lala are known as the 
LittleTwinStars!
Kiki and Lala mysteriously appear during certain story quests and reward the player with Star Fragments. The player will unlock Kiki as a 
Friend after meeting him on Cloud Island, by completing the "Stargazing" quest.
Personality
"Kiki is the younger brother of Lala, the two being the inseparable Little Twin Stars and benefactors of the island."
Characteristics
Little Twin Stars' Birthday Celebration occurs annually in late-December.
Kiki loves star-fishing and inventing things. His curiosity about everything can make him a little cheeky sometimes. As siblings, Kiki and Lala are really close and always play together. Kiki looks out for his older sister Lala and also thinks it's his job to protect her. Since Kiki is very curious, he can sometimes put himself in a dangerous situation which makes Lala worry about him. Even in the rare circumstances the two get into a fight, the twins manage to get back together fairly quickly.
Gifts
The player can give Kiki up to three gifts per day. 
Gifting gives Friendship XP (experience points), and enough Friendship XP will increase Kiki's Friendship Level with the player. Gift limits can be reset by gifting a 
Friendship Blossom or using a 
Friendship Bouquet. Certain quests, such as any Daily Quests from Kiki, may also reward Friendship XP.
While raising Friendship XP, players will receive 
Stardust as a reward for each gift given to Kiki. The amount received depends on the value of the gift and increases by 1 at Good Friend and by 1 again at Close Friend.
If the player has reached maximum friendship level (
Best Friend status) with Kiki, they will instead receive 1x 
Kiki Box for each gift given or Daily Quest completed. It will still contain Stardust when opened.

Friendship Status
The player will reach 
Best Friend status with Kiki at friendship level 20. While Lala and Kiki can go places together as companions after they've completed the "Together Forever" quest, they cannot gain 
Spirit Hearts from the 
Island Spirit.
