TOPHAT Boxes, the player will have an 100% chance of receiving the TOPHAT Collectors Hat after opening 100x regular-sized TOPHAT Boxes.
The TOPHAT Collectors Hat cannot be customized using the 
Clothing Dye Station in 
Tuxedosam's Shop.
