Finding Flippers
"Finding Flippers" is a 
"The Right Tools" quest that unlocks 
Flippers, allowing the player to swim across water. The player will receive the 
Flippers Crafting Plans during the quest. This quest is unlocked after reaching friendship level 1 with 
Keroppi and after completing the "Power Up the Gate" quest.

"Craft the Flippers so you can swim across water."
Quest Information
As thanks for a gift, Keroppi will give the player Flippers Crafting Plans — Flippers allow the player to swim across water and reach new locations.
To craft the Flippers, the player will need two items: 
Fins and a 
Strap.
The player will be gifted the Fins by Keroppi; however, the player must find the Strap. The Strap will be located in the 
Lilypad Lagoon near Keroppi.
Once the player has both the Fins and Strap, they can craft the Flippers at 
Chococat's crafting table, near the 
Resort Gate.
