Finding Flippers
"Finding Flippers" is a "The Right Tools" quest that unlocks the ability to swim across water. The player will be given the Flippers Plans by 
Keroppi at friendship level 1, allowing them to craft the 
Flippers. The player must also have completed the "Power Up the Gate" quest to unlock this quest.
Flippers allow the player to swim across water and reach new locations.

"Craft the Flippers so you can swim across water."
Quest Information
As thanks for a gift, Keroppi will give the Flippers Plans to the player, along with the 
Fins. The player must find the 
Strap.
Once the player has both the Fins and Strap, they can craft the Flippers at 
Chococat's crafting table, near the Resort Gate.
Required Items
In order to craft the Flippers, you'll need two items: Fins and a Strap. The player will be gifted the Fins by Keroppi; however, they must locate the Strap in the Lilypad Lagoon near Keroppi.
